  1. Happiness is simply the realization that life is just fine as it is. You’ll experience true happiness when you allow yourself to be content in your true self, recognize the innate greatness of the world that surrounds you, and know that the people and things in your life hold no power over you. You are the master of your happiness.
  2. Express your feelings and stories, but don't be afraid of happiness if it comes your way. r/relationships didnt take kindly to me burying the hatchet with my step mom after 24 years of animosity. I wanted to show that after 2 decades of BS, you can find common ground and be happy.
  3. In my last post I wrote about creating a happiness list, which acts as a guiding light for your monetary and life decisions. As a personal exercise I thought I’d make two lists: one for present-day me, and one that I would have written ten years ago. To do that I put myself back in the mindset of year old Darcy; a throwback to living in Fearsville in the middle-o-nowhere Midwest.

  5. Sep 07,  · I really encourage you to take a look at the “bad connection” in your head of why you can’t see that you are worthy of the effort to create your own happiness, you can and will be if you will give yourself the time to just BE and experience everything that you are feelings fully and slowly & get more clarity to move on from the pain.
  6. Happiness Hack #1: Decide that HAPPY is how you want to feel. It's that simple. DECIDE. When you decide the essence of how you want to feel, and then infuse those feelings into what you want to have, be and do, you become a powerful CREATOR of your own life. First, get clear on how you want to feel.
  7. Aug 21,  · We want to find somebody that fits the mold of what we’ve imagined in our own minds as the “perfect” significant other. We think that we want romance, so we must have to find a romantic person. We want happiness, so we have to find a funny person. We want sex, so we have to find a sexy person. The list goes on.
  8. Jul 31,  · Happiness isn't always guaranteed. Expecting someone or something to make you happy will always set you up for disappointment. In order to be at peace, we must be responsible for our own happiness.
  9. I just want you to be happy / I know it sometimes / Feels like the opposite / But baby, please believe me / At the end of every day / Your happiness is my only concern / You are all that I truly care about / You are all that I truly desire / I dont. Published at the web's largest poetry site.
